About

Expectations

1. Members that have been expelled or suspended are not allowed on DMS premises, online systems, or sponsored events
2. Expelled or suspended members may only be allowed onsite when granted an explicit exception in writing by the Officer that suspended them or the Board of Directors - typically to attend a meeting regarding their expelled or suspended status - and must be escorted at all times when on the premises
3. Any expelled or suspended member that appears onsite at DMS without an explicit exception and escort as noted in (2) is to be asked to leave immediately. Members may request the assistance of Officers, Board members, Committee Chairs, and other members if necessary. If the individual refuses to leave, members are authorized to call the police and report them for trespassing.

Definitions

• Expelled members have been expelled via Board of Directors resolution, either as a part of the Formal Complaint process, the Code of Conduct (Rule #3), or the Board of Directors choosing to expel them under the bylaws.
• Suspended members have been temporarily suspended by an Officer under the Code of Conduct (rule #4)

    • Terse explanation of why the member was expelled or suspended
    • Indicate if a trespass order was presented

Administration

• The Secretary shall maintain this list
• Expulsions and Suspensions shall be removed as they expire
• Minimal information shall be presented
