Summary

This category contains the Dallas Makerspace's organization-wide policy and procedure documents, which constitute the organization's Standing Rules, which are created and modified by the Board of Directors. The Rules and Policies page is the primary location for rules, however newer policies are being written as standalone documents linked from the Rules and Policies or other relevant pages.

Exceptions

The following documents are not Standing Rules:

• Bylaws are created and amended by the membership
• Board of Directors is elected by the membership

Other Policies and Procedures

This is not an exhaustive list of policies and procedures - other such documents are created and maintained by Committees or their constituent SIGs (Special Interest Groups) but are local in scope to the Committee or SIG that created them.
