- We are hosting our own Hackathon! The kickoff is on 4/20 from 2-6 PM and you have 2 weeks to submit your product. We have $600 in prizes provided by generous sponsors!
- Goal: Create a solution to solve communication problems during inclement weather or emergencies. Disseminate information about weather to those in the path, help people keep tabs on relatives in the path, or assist storm spotters & emergency responders.
- Go beyond a mobile app and integrate mesh networks, ham radio, or other things so your application doesn't just rely on WiFi or mobile data which will likely be clogged.
- Spots open to anyone from within or outside DMS!
