Committee Meeting 2015-1-8

Attendees - Nicholas Schell, Ken Purcell, Shawn Christian, Stevo and Stacy, Haley Moore, William Petefish, Noah Glaser, Rick

William - MAME cabinet project stalled due to incorrect Hyperspin configuration. Needs assistance with this.

Shawn - Speed King and Steam Shovel projects are progressing. New wood was cut for Steam Shovel. New relay bracket received for Speed King.

Haley - Switchboard game brought to VECTOR. Development plan/project timeline needed.

Stevo and Stacy - Gold Wings game brought to VECTOR. Now planning refurbishment and would like to do time-lapse instructional videos.

Nic - Flipper Fair finishing construction. Will be removed after DMS open house party.
DMS shelf will be placed outside walls for storage of ultrasonic cleaner and parts tumbler (will be bought with committee funds).
Common storage solution needed for VECTOR. Will evaluate options.
Need to promote DMS/VECTOR at Texas Pinball Festival. Good opportunity for networking & membership drive.
Pinball cam = fun promotional tool.

Nick Sainz will create sign for VECTOR and individual game signs (in order/out of order). Will use committee funds for materials.
