  • Min size 160sft, Max size 4445sft
  • Price range "$4.75 - $10 /SF/Year"
  • My thoughts:
    1. Too far away from our primary focus location (high-5)
    2. Too far away from our secondary location (Deep Ellum)
    3. Possibly too expensive (we are looking for less than $0.50/sft, the offerings are $0.40/sft to $0.832/sft)
