Tabletop SIG Meeting 9.17.19

Attendance: 8 Calendar sign ups: 4

SIG Storage Cabinet was delivered! Hosted first game day

Talking points -

  • More Game Days
  • Trading card game days
  • Next classes
  • SIG Storage and storage/checkout methods
  • Itemized parts for each game in storage
  • Board system to easily see whats checked out or not
  • SIG Work day on the POS Room - Talk to Education/Expansion/Logistics
  • Holiday Game Days - Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Etc.
  • TV or Screen for the POS Room for visuals, also see about a speaker/speakers
  • Add some Polls on Talk/Facebook about upcoming game days and wants/needs
  • Tutorials on games like how to play ect.
  • Tables for POS Room

Ideas:

  • DM Bootcamp
  • Game System Reviews
  • Class on visual aids for tabletop gaming
  • Classes on Prop making


Needs:

  • Tabletop Gaming searchable on DMS calendar (Doug Emes offered to take this on)
  • Set up a DMS Google Drive for the SIG for digital resource location
