Meeting starts Saturday September 24, 2022 at 3:00 pm

September meeting held virtual and F2F at Dallas Makerspace.

New Business
Astrud and Mikael are working on possible new block printing class with Mikael instructing. Open labs with the two of them working together should help to get Mikael up to speed.
Astrud will post the schedule for open labs. Lisa would like to be part of open labs and do some holiday card production.
DMS is having a Craft Sale in November at the space, possibly a week after Thanksgiving.
Lisa will post a November committee meeting to start the discussion for Stream Roller event in the spring.
The committee voted on several purchases to increase the printing capabilities of the Printmaking department.;
1). Baby Blick mobile press to use for demonstration and events outside of the space
2). Kluge Parts needed to complete the restoration of the large Kluge letterpress. Four brand new rollers were purchase in July, 2022. Lisa is working with Author Lora to install new parts and rollers.
3). Supplies for the printmaking department were discussed and agreed upon to make the purchase. Asturd will purchase these supples and request a reimbursement. Supplies needed were soybean oil for cleaning ink, Ergo Squeegies for inking screens. $150 needed to purchased supplies.

Vote PASSES, Printmaking will provide the funds in the sum of $500 to purchase Baby Blick mobile press.
VOTE to provide the funds of $500 for Kluge Parts:

Vote PASSES, Printmaking will provide the funds in the sum of $500 to purchase Kluge Parts.
VOTE to keep Lisa Gabriel as Printmaking Chair:
- For: 5
- Against: 0
- Abstain: 0
Vote PASSES, Printmaking will continue to be chaired by Lisa Gabriel.
