PR Committee Meeting 20180503

The committee meeting was held in the Lecture Hall.

Present were: Steve Blanchard John Gorman Presley Max Cairrene

We talked about events like Acon and supporting the DMS people who are going to that event.

We talked about adding Tour events on Wednesday from 11-1pm and Sunday afternoon from 2-4pm.

We talked about the new Display Cabinet in the Lobby.

 7. Sign in and out sheet
 8. For purposes of insurance, the "value" of the item.
 9. Waiver acknowledging all of the above.
