• Welcome and Thank Yous: No new faces in attendance

• Volunteer needs: Thank you to Tim, Johnny and et al for installing the rolling mill. Chris Marlow for putting together our first moodle class

• Remote sign-off for the basic casting process with old blue. The High-speed polishing training https://forms.gle/zdvH3RS5XNoNL2o7A will also be moved to the same platform
• Current committee balance is $7572, monthly stipends have been suspended so we should spend wisely.
• Liquidation sale at Premier mfg. in Highland Village. Good tools and equipment for anyone to purchase
• Proposal to purchase Neutec® J-2r™ Casting Machine from liquidation sale for $2000, other items include a large vacuum table and some hand tools such as pliers. Joseph proposed we allocate $2500 for the purchase of items sold by Premier. Motion proposed by Joseph Lahoud, seconded by Johnny and unanimously approved.
• Classes/teachers discussion: Welcome back Anne. Anne would like to teach some small classes. Committee supports all volunteer efforts to teach as long as basic DMS and jewelry health policies are followed.
• Out of Order/safety issues: None
• Need to order: Johnny will purchase another set of supplies for copper soldering to prevent contamination.
