- Welcome and Thank Yous. Johnny is out of pocket and Joseph is filling in. Get well soon Johnny!

- Volunteer needs: Looking to install the airline. No takers but Chris Marlow did bring up a good question on a line dryer.

- Classes/teachers discussios: Sue wanted to know about teaching a class. It was recommended to keep classes to 3 people and maintain all applicable COVID guidelines for DMS, not share PPE and disinfect tools before and after each use.

- Remote sign offs: Agreed to use videos from sources such as Rio Grande on YouTube and Google forms as a test & record of training for various pieces of equipment. Will post training links on wiki once ready for use.

- Update wiki: Unsure of what this specific item related to. Item was tabled for time being. However Chris Marlow did volunteer to help with any updates.

- Discuss lighting: Group wants to spend more time working in the new area to determine what if any additional lighting is needed.

- Name change: Suggestion has been made to change the department name to Jewelry Studio at Dallas Makerspace to enhance SEO and drive membership base for DMS and the Jewelry department. Item was tabled until Dept. Chairman Johnny could be present to provide more insight on specific language selected.
