Classroom document camera

The basic idea is to use a USB webcam affixed to a gooseneck to display documents, hands free closeup work, etc.
The Microsoft LifeCam series does an excellent job and comes in two flavors:

Will attach it to a pistol-grip swivel head:

- Other Sunpak models with similar name, but doesn't have 3 levels.
There are basically two choices for the neck, to attach the pistol grip to:
