The cause of and solution to most of life's problems!' Of course this is where we'll start putting all of our project updates but that's going to be a work in progress. For now, the goals of this group, our current inventory, and project statuses will be listed here.
Goals of the Brewing Sciences Interest Group: # Provide the equipment and knowledge needed to brew and ferment beers and other beverages
- Teach at least one class per month related to brewing theory or brewing practices
- Build a fully functional brewing rig based on the system described at The Electric Brewery
