2011 Jonathan Shook Statement of Intent

If I am elected to the Dallas Maker Space Board, I intend to

• Attend all necessary board meetings, excepting extenuating circumstances
• Uphold the by-laws to the best of my understanding
• Represent the membership at large as fairly as possible
• Help steer the creation of standing rules which serve the membership at large
• Recuse myself when necessary, being conscientious and proactive about any conflict of interest

I have no known conflict of interest at this time, nor any anticipated in the coming year.
